At some point or another, every child will be targeted by a bully. The Gracie Bullyproof objective is to give your child the physical, psychological, and verbal tools to overcome bullies.

Our aim is not to encourage confrontation, but rather to reduce fear and build confidence in order to lower your child’s risk of being targeted. In the Gracie Bullyproof program, we focus on 33 non-violent self-defense techniques that teach children to “control and negotiate” with bullies, rather than resort to striking.

In addition to unshakable confidence, our goal is to develop your child’s character to ensure success in all aspects of life. The Gracie Character Development Program includes six chapters: Responsibility, Health, Respect, Citizenship, Manners, and Caring. Martial arts instills these incredible traits in your child every time they attend class.

Unlike most martial arts schools that offer a single free class, we provide 10 calendar days of free classes, a uniform to borrow, and access to a video library for at-home practice.
